The garden this summer was generous with an avalanche of colors and textures. A small paradise arose in the middle of the city where birds, bees and butterflies feasted on the excess. All I had to do was sit there and enjoy.
This paradise garden is the inspiration for a new tapestry. A difficult job because I can only try to approach the enormous richness of nature. The canvas becomes larger and more detailed than the previous canvases and I have sometimes wondered what I’m doing, but I have no choice. This is what it should be.
